Participants were all invited to Malta for the 1st regional cycle meeting.
AOS’s responsibilities included the event concept creation and management, travel logistics, hotel booking and rooming, visas, ground transport logistics, airport meet and greet services, set up and management of the meeting rooms, branding design and production, gifts, entertainment sourcing, food and beverage, team building, tours, and other activities.
