Lumina, Caprice, Epica, Captiva launch
This complex launch of multiple vehicles consisted of three waves each tailored to suit the client’s requirements and messages to each of the guest groups. The three groups were divided into the following categories, Press, Dealer and Fleet Customers. Each wave consisted of multiple business meeting and functions, a Gala dinner and a ride and drive activity throughout Oman.
AOS’s responsibilities included the development and management of concept creation, venue scouting, branding, gifts, collateral, communication materials, venue management and set up, launch concept, entertainment sourcing, production set up, lighting and sound. In addition AOS managed al guest relations, visa management, transfer and transportation arrangements, logistics, vehicle fleet management, hotel accommodation, food and beverage functions and provided on site administrative assistance.
